Signature: Urchin 3 to Urchin 5 ConversionUrchin 3 is being upgraded to Urchin 5 on all Signature servers. Urchin analyzes your traffic and provides reports for your website. Currently the Urchin stats can be viewed by either logging into your Control Panel, going to My Website, and clicking on "view statistics", or you can go to the URL directly. The URL would be something similar to the following: http://example.com/urchinMaking sure the conversion was successful Now when you click on "view statistics" or when you go to the URL directly you will see your reports listed in the new Urchin 5 web interface. All old Urchin 3 statistics should have been converted to Urchin 5. You will want to compare the old Urchin 3 statistics against the new Urchin 5 statistics to make sure the conversion was successful. To do this, open a web browser and go to the URL directly using /urchin3 to view the old Urchin 3 statistics. Change domain.com in the example below to your domain name: http://example.com/urchin3If the information displaying in the new Urchin 5 is correct you should remove the old /www/urchin3 directory to free up diskspace. You can use FTP, the Control Panel, or Shell access to remove the directory. To remove the directory using the Control Panel follow these instructions:
