IMPORTANT: The changes listed in this document were originally slated for release on 2-20-08, but will instead be updated on all Signature servers on 3-5-08.

Passwords

Updated the Edit User application so customers cannot force a User ID and Password to match. When a customer selects a user to edit, the Edit User window appears. When the customer tries to make the New Password and Confirm Password fields match the User ID, the system returns an error message. This increases the security of the user’s profile.

Control Panel Logic

Updated the Control Panel so that customers with string access can display or hide menu items. This enables customers to control which features they want to surface. The Help file feature is also updated, so when changes in the Control Panel feature set are mirrored in Help.

Email Blocking

Updated the E-mail Block feature so that it will not accept duplicate entries. This saves customers extra effort to comb through the block list for duplicates, and it helps keep the size of the list more manageable. Other changes to the E-mail Blocking feature make it easier to manage.

Japanese Language Help Topics

Updated the Japanese Language Help System with new files, changed files, and deleted/combined files. This enables customers to access and understand help files with more ease than the last release. The following Japanese Language Help files have been updated:

• English Language Help Files

Updated the English Language Help System with new files, changed files, and deleted/combined files. This enables customers to access and understand help files with more ease than the last release. The following English Language Help files have been updated:

• Help Table of Contents
• Calendar
• Counter Appearance
• Managing Counters
• Managing FormMail
